What if I notice an error on my press release but the mailing is urgent?
Use the fast track service, email your press release and we will print off and dispatch same day.
   
Is it a slower service if I arrange a collection of labels and press releases by Parallel?
Yes it is, sadly the traffic could hold up our driver who collects from you. The fastest way is to send the attachments through by email and we will dispatch the mailing the same day.
   
How will your driver identify my mailing in the post room?
We provide orange trimmed jute bags for your mailings, which you can slot your business card into. All collections are recorded and signed for.
   
I need to email numerous personalised letters through, but need them signed. Can you sign on my behalf?
Absolutely, we will happily pop a signature on the bottom of each letter for you.
   
How will I know when books arrive at Parallel?
We will send an email to the group publicity department on arrival of each title, stating the quantity, format and price. In addition we will send you a weekly stock report.
   
Do you have an information pack for newbies?
Absolutely, we provide a Welcome pack to each new colleague, along with information regarding our London delivery service and packaging procedures.
   
What's in it for us by recycling the jute bags?
We are known for putting sweeties in the bags for return!
Usually arrives on your desk just at afternoon tea time!
We also recognise a publicist each month for their consistency and good work, so make sure you subscribe to the newsletter which is emailed at the beginning of each month.
   
If I ring with a query, will I be put in a holding pattern?
NO! We wouldn't dream of doing that to our colleagues! We are not only friendly, but you will always speak with a member of staff when you call.
