What We Do

We offer personalised distribution services for review copies of books and associated materials, from sending single books with press release and/or letter, to sending POS items and bespoke ‘influencer’ boxes with an array of items.

Publishers arrange to have their books/items sent to us at our location in Fulham, direct from their printers. Details for mailings, including an address list, press release or letter and any specific instructions are emailed to our workshop team. Our workshop team process and send as instructed, usually within 24 hours. Publishers often use our services for larger mailing lists however we are happy to process smaller, ad-hoc requests and even one book at a time.

We use a range of recyclable packaging options including cardboard envelopes, cardboard book wraps and double walled boxes. We always pack items with thought and efficiency, ensuring books and items are well protected and able to travel safely and securely.

Deliveries are made to London main media by our delivery van every morning. We also use Royal Mail, DHL, Parcelforce and DPD to send parcels both regionally and internationally. We use eCourier and Addison Lee for any same day requirements.

POS

We routinely send POS items including standees, posters, bookmarks, postcards, shelf talkers, bunting, window clings and various other items. We can send multiple items with varying quantities to fulfil bookstore POS orders.

Bespoke Mailings

Bespoke mailings, including influencer boxes, have become a staple service we offer. We can gift wrap books, tie books with ribbon and include a range of items and materials. We can create parcels based on specific instructions to produce a visually exciting and engaging mail out. Custom labels and stickers can also be used to set parcels apart. Photos can be provided throughout the process for your records. Any items required for a bespoke mailing outside of our standard packaging stock can be provided by the publisher.

Embargo Books

While we treat all our books with the utmost confidence, we have specific processes in place when dealing with embargoed books.

Books with a strict embargo are stored in our secure area, monitored by CCTV. We can disguise the title of a book in our system if necessary, and control who is authorised to request sending it out. We can sign an NDA for a specific title if needed.

We can work with your release schedule to ensure embargoed books are packed and ready for a speedy dispatch, even by same day courier, to land on desks within a designated window.
